You can return your order within six months of purchase or one month is on sale (oh just a polite reminder; unused, with tags on and in the original packaging please) for a full refund or exchange. All you need to do is pop us an e-mail [email protected] regarding your request. We will send you your return label. Once you pack your return, please use this link to find  near you and drop the package. Easy peasy return policy.

We understand that during these uncertain times you may prefer to do a quick run to buy and collect what you need to minimise the time you spend out for shopping.  If that is the case, please pick Click & Collect Service on our website at checkout.

If you are avoiding going out, self-isolating or just don’t feel like going to the city centre then please select Local Delivery Service at check out. Order placed till 5:00pm will be hand delivered on the same day, except for Sundays. Just one reminder - this local delivery is available only for a 5 mile radius from Exeter city centre.
